Ingredients Sodium croscarmellose, stearic acid, vegetable stearate, filler (microcrystalline cellulose), aqueous coating (glycerin, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, water (purified)), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).

Explanation of the composition †RI stands for Reference Intake and replaces the RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance). RI is a guideline for the intake of vitamins and minerals in particular. RI and ADH are equal in number.

Usage advice

Suggested use For general health purposes: 1-2 tablets per day. For athletes: 5 tablets per day. Take with a meal.

D-Ribose, especially by sportsmen is often taken in larger quantities and is therefore often offered in powder form. This is not always convenient, which is why we also offer D-Ribose in tablet form.
