Inulin and Fructo Oligo Saccharides (FOS) are soluble prebiotic fibers that maximize the effects of probiotics. The fibers are used by the body to create a friendly environment for probiotic gut bacteria.

FOS is converted in the body into lactic acid, acetate, propionate and butyrate.
