Quercetin Phytosome from Healthy Origins contains as much as 500 mg of Quercefit® extract per capsule.
Quercefit® is quercetin "wrapped" in phospholipids from lecithin (Phytosome® technology), so the quercetin can be absorbed much better.
The Quercefit® extract and the Phytosome® technology are patents of Indena S.p.A., Italy. Development of these technologies has greatly increased the absorbability of quercetin (which is very low in its natural form).
