Vitamin C-500 ascorbate complex

Bonusan Vitamin C-500 ascorbate complex contains 500 mg of buffered vitamin C per capsule in four different forms: ascorbates of the minerals magnesium, calcium, potassium and zinc.

Because of the compound, Bonusan Vitamin C-500 ascorbate complex also provides a small amount of magnesium and zinc. Zinc is a good complement because it helps support a healthy acid-alkaline balance.

Dosage

The standard dosage is 1 tablet of 500 mg but (temporarily or otherwise) there is no objection to using a higher dosage.
