Ingredients Lactoferrin (milk), capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, gellan gum), vitamin C (magnesium ascorbate), iron bisglycinate, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agent (fatty acid esters of ascorbic acid).

Explanation of the composition †RI stands for Reference Intake and replaces the RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance). RI is a guideline for the intake of vitamins and minerals in particular. RI and ADH are equal in number.

Suggested use Take 1 capsule with water once daily.

Bonusan Lactoferrin Iron Complex is a carefully formulated product containing a patented, highly pure form of lactoferrin, easily absorbed iron bisglycinate and vitamin C. This combination supports oxygen transport in the blood and energy metabolism.

If your iron requirements are higher than usual, such as during menstruation or pregnancy, taking extra iron may be beneficial. Lactoferrin is a protein produced naturally in our bodies. ‘Lacto’ refers to milk and ‘ferrin’ stands for iron.
