Usage advice
Suggested use
1-2x per day 1 capsule at least half an hour before a meal or half an hour before going to bed, preferably with fruit juice.

Bonusan L-Tryptophan 500 mg plus is an updated formula that replaces the lower dosed 'L-Tryptophan 250 mg plus'.
In addition to the amino acid L-tryptophan, it also contains three B vitamins (B3, B6, B12), folic acid and iron.
