Ingredients Crocus sativus extract (capsule): Rice starch, capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), Crocus sativus, anti-caking agent (fatty acid esters of ascorbic acid). Bone Formula (tablet): Magnesium malate, calcium (mineral complex from calcareous marine algae (Lithothamnium calcareum)), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), vitamin D (cholecalciferol), vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7), glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, glycerol, hydroxypropyl cellulose). Coenzyme Q10 50 (softgel): Extra virgin olive oil (Olea europaea), capsule shell (bovine gelatin, humectant (glycerol), water, humectant (sorbitol), color (sulfite-ammonia caramel)), ubiquinone, stabilizer (beeswax), sunflower lecithin.
Explanation of the composition
‡ IE/IU = International Units. IE/IUs are only used for vitamins A, D and E. The exact definition of 1 IE/IU varies per substance and is established in international agreements.
†RI stands for Reference Intake and replaces the RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance). RI is a guideline for the intake of vitamins and minerals in particular. RI and ADH are equal in number.

Take 1 capsule, 1 tablet, and 1 softgel once a day, during or immediately after a meal.
