Ingredients Lithothamnium powder (Phymatolithon calcareum (Pallas) W.H. Adey & D.L. McKibbin). Anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate. Capsule shell of vegetable origin: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

Explanation of the composition †RI stands for Reference Intake and replaces the RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance). RI is a guideline for the intake of vitamins and minerals in particular. RI and ADH are equal in number.

Usage advice

Suggested use Take 1 capsule three times a day after a meal, with sufficient water.

Arkocaps Lithothamnium capsules contain 770 mg of Phymatolithon calcareum powder, also known as red algae powder. Only algae that have successfully passed all quality controls are used.

Red algae are a plant-based source of calcium. Arkocaps Lithothamnium is standardised to contain 70% calcium carbonate.
