Usage advice
Suggested use
Take 2 capsules before your evening meal and 2 capsules just before going to bed, with sufficient water.
Children: Take 1 capsule before dinner and 1 capsule just before bedtime with sufficient water.
Stick to the recommended daily dosage, unless advised otherwise.
