Zinc-Mix from AOV contains a combination of 55 mg zinc picolinate and 35,5 mg zinc citrate.
Composition
This product contains zinc picolinate and zinc citrate, together accounting for 20 mg of elemental zinc. Both forms are endogenous to the body and therefore easy to absorb. Due to its good absorbability and dosage, this product ensures a good zinc status in the body.
