This product from AOV contains vitamin B12 and folic acid, both in highly active form. The product is extremely pure and of high quality.
Composition
This product contains a high dose of vitamin B12 in the highly active methylcobalamin form, in addition it also contains folic acid as calcium L-methylfolate. The folic acid is proven to be of high quality through the use of the Metafolin® patent. Vitamin B12 and Folic acid have synergistic effects and improve each other's absorption.

Take 1 capsule daily at a meal with a glass of water
