Composition
Omega-3 fatty acids are essential for our health while our diet is relatively poor in Omega-3. At the daily dosage of 5 capsules you will get as much as 1500 mg of EPA and 1000 mg of DHA.
Dosage
Take 1-2 capsules 1-3x daily with a meal. Maximum of 5 capsules per day.
