Composition
This product contains taurine in the L- form, this is the natural form and is therefore optimally absorbed by the body. Vegetarians and vegans in particular are at risk of developing a taurine deficiency. Taurine is a amino acid that can be produced by the body from cysteine.
Dosage
Take 1 capsule 1-2x daily half an hour before or two hours after a meal with water.
