Ingredients Vegacap (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), filler (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), antioxidant (vitamin c (ascorbyl palmitate)).

Composition

This product contains Selenium in the form L-selenomethionine, the best form for supplementation. Selenium and vitamin E work together as antioxidants in neutralizing free radicals. The presence of selenium is important for the production of the antioxidant enzyme glutathione peroxidase (GPx).

Dosage

Take 1 capsule daily during a meal with a glass of water.
