Composition
Quercetin is the most abundant bioflavonoid, however, the amounts found in food are not sufficiently prevalent. The health effects of quercetin only really manifest themselves at 10 to 60 times higher doses.
Dosage
Take 1 capsule daily during a meal with a glass of water.
