Omega 3 vegan from AOV contains 538 mg of echium oil, 440 mg of seaweed oil and 100 mg of flaxseed oil per daily dose.
Composition
.In addition to omega 3 fatty acids from echium oil and seaweed oil, this product also contains omega 3 fatty acids from flaxseed oil. The content of seaweed oil and natural mixed tocopherols has been adjusted. Besides the product is now available in a softgel instead of a capsule and is still completely vegetarian.
Dosage
Take 1 softgel twice daily with a meal.
