This product from AOV contains 500 mg of vitamin B12 in the highly active methylcobalamin form. The product is extremely pure and of high quality.
Composition
This product is highly dosed and contains as much as 1500 mcg of methylcobalamin per capsule. Methylcobalamin, like cyanocobalamin, is a form of vitamin B12. The big difference, however, is that the methyl form is the active form as needed by the body. It no longer needs to be activated and lasts longer in the body. Oral administration of this form of vitamin B12 is the most effective way for high vitamin B12 intake.
Dosage
