Composition
Flaxseed oil is a vegetarian source of omega-3 fatty acids in the form of ALA, in addition to omega-3, this product also contains omega-6 in the form of LA (linoleic acid) and omega-9 as OA (oleic acid). Linoleic acid can be converted to GLA (gamma linolenic acid), a substance that is rarely found in the diet.
Dosage
Take 1 capsule 3 times daily during a meal.
